Products will be delivered only to serviceable pin codes and based on availability. Delays caused by transportation issues, natural events, or strikes are beyond our control and not subject to compensation.

Installation Services

We offer installation on selected products. Installation may be conducted by authorized technicians after product delivery. Any self-assembly or unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Terms

w4wood offers limited-time warranties for manufacturing defects. The duration and coverage vary by product. Damage due to customer misuse, improper installation, exposure to moisture, or tampering is not covered.

Warranty claims must be supported by a valid invoice and photos of the defect. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund, based on the inspection.

Return, Refund & Cancellation

We accept return requests for eligible products within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Custom-made and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has passed quality checks. Refunds are initiated within 7–15 working days via the original payment method.

Offers, Coupons, and Credits

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and wallet credits are governed by individual terms. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Fraudulent usage or abuse of these facilities may result in account suspension or order cancellation.
